What can a professional handyman do for me?
A professional handyman has extensive knowledge of home systems and comes prepared to adeptly diagnose and repair almost anything in the home.
What are your rates?
Our trip service fee is $225 plus materials and covers many small repairs.
For Extended Service Areas the basic service charge is $250-$300 depending on location.

Larger jobs or lists of repairs are estimated on a case by case basis. We will schedule a free estimate appointment to discuss your needs. Then our office will send an estimate range of about what to expect for your project to be completed.
Small amounts of trash will be included but larger items (ie ceiling fan and large appliance packaging) will have a small refuse fee.
What can I expect before and during my home repair appointment?
Once you've accepted our digital estimate we will contact you to place you on the schedule. You will receive a notification of your appointment time and a reminder a few hours or a day before your appointment. We stick to a pretty tight schedule and notify when within 30 minutes away from arrival.
Once the tech arrives, they can discuss any other pertinent information and proceed with your repair If you would like the tech to wear a mask and wear boot protection while in your home, we come prepared with proper supplies. Proper floor protection will be employed during any ladder work. Any messes will be swept, and/or vacuumed/mopped up.
What areas do you service?
We service primarily Richmond Hill. Georgetown, Berwick, South Savannah and Pooler areas are in our extended service area and have a higher service fee.
What if I only need help with a few small things.
Absolutely. We have no problem scheduling to help you with a small task. Though we do have a trip fee often times I am able to inspect and point out small repairs that can go unnoticed and fix them while we are there. For example, We come to install a fan but notice your door squeaks and your doorknob sticks, so we take care of that while on site. Another hypothetical situation could be that you needed a mirror hung in a bathroom and I noticed some caulking that needs replacing to stave off possible issues in the future.
I have an emergency and need help asap, do you offer same or next day service?
Yes, most of the time we can accommodate emergency needs, but we may charge an extra fee. Make sure to text (912) 910-2707 if your emergency is after business hours. We will try to assist.
What if I need to add repair items during my repair?
We can accommodate add-ons during our repair appointment, but they will incur an additional charge. We will discuss with the office prior to repairs to discuss pricing however, some add-ons will have to be scheduled for another visit, depending on other clients' appointments.
You are licensed and insured, but what about warranty?
We guarantee work for 6 months, but with some exceptions. We have confidence in our ability to complete a repair correctly, but nothing in life is perfect every time. For those rare occasions when something isn’t quite right (i.e., leaking again, fan trim piece loose…), PLEASE call or message us right away, and you can rest assured that we will make it a priority to take care of it right away at no additional cost.
What if I have a larger project?
Larger projects will require a visit to discuss. We will go over all the details during our free estimate visit to ensure accuracy for estimation purposes. Then an estimation of your project will be submitted for approval. Once signed, our estimate will automatically convert to a work order and we can proceed with scheduling your repairs.
Do I need to put a deposit down, and what forms of payment do you accept?
We require a small deposit for all projects. Larger projects will depend on the material cost. All this will be discussed within the estimate.
Our invoice has a link to pay by credit card (secured payments through Auth.net credit card processor), but of course We accept cash or check and will provide a digital receipt. If a physical receipt is desired, then we will mail one to your home.
Why do you quote a range instead of an exact amount?
When you fill out and submit our Service Request, we will reach out to request specific information so we can provide an estimated cost range. This range includes our trip service fee, the best and worst case cost range, depending on what we find during the job and the expected materials used. Giving our clients the best and worst-case scenarios allows us to make sure we are able to complete repairs in the proper way. That flexibility allows for any hidden issues to be addressed efficiently and responsibly.
